Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and GLOBAL VR reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GLOBAL VR will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Sales Tax Policy
Sales Tax is added to the price of the items you are purchasing from the GLOBAL VR site if the shipping address is located in California, Illinois, or Texas.
Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with GLOBAL VR via credit card (Master Card, Visa and American Express).
A minimum order of $30 is required, not including shipping charges or applicable sales tax. Order of less than $30 will have a surcharge added. All prices will be charged in US Dollars.
Generally, credit or debit cards are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.
Game Cabinet purchases are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price. This deposit may be charged when the order is placed.
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to the customer's shipping selection. Orders will only be shipped when complete - no partial shipments. If you wish to have items shipped before order is complete, please contact our service department at (408) 597-3435.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for shipment of order. Items that are in stock when ordered will usually be shipped within one week.
Upon shipment we will email you confirmation of shipment and the UPS tracking number. For Game Cabinet purchases we will email you confirmation of shipment and delivery information provided by the carrier.
Game Cabinet Shipping
Game Cabinets are shipped via a trusted carrier's White Glove Service. This service includes delivery to your location, unpacking, and removal of packaging material. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the unpacked game will clear doors, corridors, and other obstacles. Crane service is not included.
Buyer is responsible for making arrangements such as delivery time with the carrier.
Return Policy All sales made through the GLOBAL VR Web site are final. Returns will only be accepted if the product received is defective. To exchange a defective product, please contact our service department at (408) 597-3435 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Third-Party Return Policy
All third party product returns or exchanges will be offered manufacturers' warranty and repair assistance. Global VR's 30-day limited warranty against defects may also apply. Global VR's 30-day limited warranty provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Global VR. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of initial shipment. Other restrictions may apply. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. Please contact our service department at (408) 597-3435 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Termination of Use
GLOBAL VR may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the GLOBAL VR Web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. GLOBAL VR reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the GLOBAL VR Web site at any time without prior notice.
